Lime Blossom (also known as Linden Blossom) is used as a relaxing remedy for nervous tension and spasmodic pain during labour. Lime blossom has relaxant properties and is very helpful to lower blood pressure.

This is an alternative to calcium supplements.
Pregnant women need to take up to 1000mg of calcium per day. Here’s a natural, lactose-free, vegan method to ensure you are getting enough calcium.

Squaw vine prepares the uterus & the whole body for childbirth. Start taking for the last 2 months of pregnancy, not before.
You can buy squaw vine pills or tincture but my favourite is squaw vine tea.

This is an alternative to iron supplements. Drink daily for iron maintenance. Eat extra lemons & spinach (for vitamin c & folic acid) for persistent anaemia.
