Lara’s Placenta Recipe
My favourite method of preparing a placenta
Ingredients
- 1 placenta (membrane & cord removed)
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Fresh chilli chopped (optional)
- Green salad, beansprouts, spinach, avocado
Serve with
NB. Eat raw salad before to help your body absorb the nutrients better!)
Method
Fry onion, garlic & chilli till brown in olive oil
Remove from pan (oil now flavoured) Heat pan hotter>br/>
Flash fry placenta for 1 minute each side (leaving raw hormone in the middle)
Turn down heat
Add onions, garlic, chilli
Stir & season, eat ASAP!
